Yeast Rolls(Grandma Johnson'S) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 Tbsp. shortening
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
Preparation

In a large bowl combine first 4 ingredients.
Gradually add enough flour to make stiff.
Stir good each time flour is added. Pour on floured board and knead.
Put in a greased bowl.
Daub melted shortening on top to keep moist.
Let rise until double in bulk. Pour on floured board and knead. Pinch off dough and make rolls.
Brush melted shortening on top of rolls and let rise double in bulk.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until done.
