Thailand Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 boned, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped green onion
    6 large chopped mushrooms
    2 chopped celery stalks
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown lightly.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Simmer 15 minutes and serve over rice.
