Yum-Yum Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 (8 oz) pkg cornbread stuffing
    1 cup margarine
    1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 2 quarts water with seasonings to taste. Remove chicken and reserve 1 cup broth.
    Bone chicken, cut into bite size pieces and place in 9x13x2-inch casserole dish.
    Mix soups and sour cream; spoon over chicken.
    Top with stuffing mix. Melt margarine in broth and pour over stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
