Granita Di Caffe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. superfine sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    6 c. very strong freshly brewed Espresso
    2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Boil for several minutes; pour Espresso into the mixture in pan.
    Dissolve cocoa powder in it and remove pan from the heat.
    Let cool completely.
    Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze until solid.
    Transfer to a blender and blend until slushy. Pour into 6 cappuccino cups or small wine glasses.
    Serve immediately.
