Tzatziki(Cucumber Yogurt Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers, peeled and seeds removed
    salt
    3/4 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 sticks butter
    2 c. warm water
    4 pkg. yeast
    2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    5 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
    Add vanilla, then add flour and knead to make a soft dough.
    Let rise and punch down.
    Let rise before baking on a cookie sheet (greased).
    Shape as a loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden.
