Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large pork chops with fat removed (leave bone)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Lightly brown chops slowly in 1 tablespoon oil, then add 1/4-inch slice of a large onion, 1/4-inch slice bell pepper on each chop.
    Then pour 1 can tomato soup over chops.
    Cover skillet and cook on low heat for perhaps 1 1/2 hours or longer.
    Baste several times as they cook.
    Serve with rice.
    A delicious gravy is made.
