Cherries In The Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and milk and fold into Cool Whip.
    Pour this mixture over the cake which has been broken into small pieces.
    Use a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish or 2 smaller dishes.
    Put the amount of cherry pie filling on top that you like.
    I don't use the whole can.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
