Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 2/3 c. skim evaporated milk
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
    Chill.
    Combine all ingredients and beat smooth.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until set.
    Makes 1 pie.
