Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease bottom only of about 12 medium muffin cups. Beat egg. Stir in milk and oil. Stir in flours, sugar, baking powder and salt just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Immediately remove from pan. Makes about 12 muffins.
