Hamburger Sauce Over Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 LB hamburger
    1 large onion - diced
    1 green pepper - chunks
    3 cloves of garlic - sliced or chopped
    3 small cans stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Saut veggies - add hamburger and brown (cook covered while browning to avoid crumbling) drain fat, add the tomatoes, simmer for 1/2 hour to cook tomatoes mix flour & water to make loose paste turn off heat, when it stops bubbling add the flour/water mixture to thicken - stir constantly to desired consistency.
    Serve over boiled potatoes.
    Serves 6.
