Sugarless Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. diced fruit
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine raisins, fruit and water in a saucepan and boil until water is evaporated and fruit is sauce (cool). In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, sweetener, oil and vanilla. Add nuts and fruit to this mixture. Stir into dry mixture. Blend thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased tube pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until done.
