Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Grease well and flour two round 8-inch layer cake pans.
Sift together the flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat 2 minutes. Gradually add flour mixture.
Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Add grated carrots and chopped nuts.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
