Sunday Dinner Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 can water or apple juice
4 or 5 potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Prepare roasting bag as directed.
Place steak in center of bag.
Arrange vegetables around meat.
Mix soup and water.
Pour over and around meat.
Close bag and bake one hour in
325\u00b0 oven.
