Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped chicken
Preparation

Make a cream sauce by melting Crisco, flour and salt; add milk gradually.
Cook over low heat until thick and smooth.
Add chicken, onions and parsley.
Spread in shallow greased pan; chill.
