Biloxi Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frying chickens, skinned and cut up
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    oil
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in buttermilk a few minutes.
    Shake chicken in a sack with mixture of dry ingredients.
    Fry in hot oil until done, turning once.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
