Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. corn oil
Preparation

Combine Raisin Bran, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a very large bowl with a lid. Make a well in the center of mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil.
Stir just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.
Cover and store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
