Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    2 c. (4 oz.) fine noodles
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Blue cheese (2 oz.)
    1/3 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Form sausage into balls about the size of a large marble; flatten into patties.
    Brown lightly on both sides.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    In greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine patties, noodles, green pepper and chopped pimiento.
    Heat and stir soup; add crumbled Blue cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour over noodle mixture; top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
