Bananas Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    French vanilla ice cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. dark rum
    6 bananas, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Heat coconut
    in
    large
    skillet until toasted, stir to brown evenly.
    Remove to a sheet of foil to cool.
    Add butter, sugar, rum
    and
    cinnamon
    to skillet. Heat until bubbly.
    Add bananas and
    cook until slices are heated through.
    Spoon over ice cream and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
