Marinated Mushroom Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4.5 oz. Green Giant whole mushrooms, drained
    1 green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine mushrooms and green pepper; set aside. In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over mushroom mixture.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or until serving.
    Serve kabob-style on wooden skewers.
    Makes 8 appetizers.
