Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. canned salmon
    2 Tbsp. corn meal (plain)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix salmon, corn meal and dash of salt.
    Shape into patties. Fry in an iron skillet which you have added oil to.
    Let the oil get hot before adding patties.
    Fry until brown on both sides and drain on paper towels.
