Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 pkg. celery, chopped
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1 can kidney beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and celery until browned well. In large kettle, mix tomatoes, juice and beans. Add beef mixture. Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour. Add salt, pepper and bay leaves. Add chili powder to your taste. I cook macaroni on the side or rice to add whatever you desire.
