Great Moist Chocolate Cake(Good With Or Without Icing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted plain flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Preparation

Sift together in a large mixing bowl:
sifted plain flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add cooking oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
Mix liquids into sifted dry ingredients. Mix well.
A wire whisk works really well.
