East Coast Crab Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. processed cheese spread
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 lb. crab meat, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
2 pkg. English muffins, toasted lightly
Preparation

Melt cheese and butter; add crab meat and mushrooms.
Spoon on quartered muffins.
Place under broiler until slightly brown. Serves 12 to 14.
