Russian Boat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf round or long rye bread
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dill seed and/or 1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt or powder to taste
    1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
Preparation
    Cut bread around, leaving the outer crust, top only to make a cover for the bread.
    Scoop out the inside.
    Cut inside part into small pieces to use for dip.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into the bread cavity.
    This also makes a pretty centerpiece.
