Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
    In medium bowl mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Fold in coconut.
    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool on cookie sheet.
    Remove and store in tightly covered cookie jar.
