Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg and 1/3 of soup.
    Add bread crumbs and soak for 5 minutes.
    Add onions, salt and pepper and bread crumbs to meat and mix.
    Form approximately 6 patties and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix remaining soup and water (I add Worcestershire sauce) and pour over patties.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
