Salmon Forcemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. stale breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. cold flaked salmon
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
Preparation
    Cook milk and breadcrumbs for 10 minutes.
    Add salmon, chopped and run through sieve.
    Add cream, egg, butter, salt and pepper.
