Sesame Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. peeled and chopped green chili peppers
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. salt substitute
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    In a medium-size skillet, saute the onion and bell pepper in oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until soft.
    In a small dry skillet, saute the sesame seed until they are golden. Add the garlic and green chili peppers to the onion mixture and cook several minutes more, stirring constantly.
    Add the sesame seed and stir.
    Remove from heat and stir in the yogurt, salt substitute and cumin.
    Serve hot over cooked grains, pasta or vegetables.
