Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except noodles.
    Pile lightly into greased, individual baking dishes or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    If desired, cover and store in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator.
    Sprinkle top with chow mein noodles.
    Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Garnish with parsley, rice, olives and pimiento.
    Serves 6.
