Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 c. sliced potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
6 to 8 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Combine ingredients and place in baking dish.
Top with slices of cheese.
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove cover and finish baking until done.
