Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and pepper in margarine until lightly browned.
    Add soups and water and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked spaghetti in 3-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
