Sesame Munchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sesame seed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Toast nuts and seed at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Combine all ingredients except nuts in frypan.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and immediately stir in nuts and seed, mixing thoroughly.
Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
With large, buttered spoon, press candy firmly and evenly over bottom of dish.
Cool at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes, then lift out with spatula.
Cut candy into 1 x 2-inch pieces.
Wrap after at least 2 hours.
