Mexican Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chopped black olives
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 large onion, chopped or 1 bunch green onions (tops chopped too)
    2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped or 1 tsp. garlic salt
    3 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    dash of pepper
    dash of seasoning salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Serve with chips, crackers or taco salad.
    The longer it sits, the better.
