Fresh Apple Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs, beaten
    1 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar (white)
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 medium apples, well chopped
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix eggs, corn oil and sugar together.
    Sift together flour and cinnamon.
    Add these dry ingredients to eggs, oil and sugar. Continue beating until smooth.
    Add chopped apples to mixture. Add coconut.
    Add vanilla and chopped pecans to mixture (will be thick).
