Crab Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 large cans plum tomatoes
    1 handful parsley
    1 medium onion
    4 to 6 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 12 crabs (fresh and cleaned)
Preparation
    Place olive oil, parsley, onion, and garlic in Dutch oven, saute until onion becomes tender.
    Pour in plum tomatoes, add oregano, salt and pepper.
    Cover and let simmer for one hour, stirring frequently.
    Add crabs and let cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over spaghetti.
