White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
4 cans undrained minced clams
1/2 tsp. dry oregano
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute garlic in hot oil for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 7 minutes.
Serve over cooked spaghetti or linguine.
