Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 oz. sliced pepperoni
    1 c. diced fully cooked ham
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Unroll pizza crust stretching to form 14 x 11-inch rectangle. Spread Ricotta on half of dough lengthwise to within 1-inch of the edge.
    Sprinkle the pepperoni, ham and Mozzarella.
    Fold unfilled side of dough over filled half and press edges together. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan if desired.
    Slice. Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping.
