Fish Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillet of haddock or flounder
    1 medium onion
    3 oz. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. cold milk
    2 heaping Tbsp. matzo meal
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten well
Preparation
    Grind fish in food grinder.
    Grate onion on fine side.
    Add eggs, pepper and salt, butter and beat in milk gradually.
    Put into 9 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
