Ginger, Lemon, Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated peel of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Grate lemon peel and ginger; mix with sugar.
    Add butter and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs and sour cream.
    Add nuts and dry ingredients by folding gently.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes in greased tin.
