Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 lb. margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
    6 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Start with COLD OVEN!
    Have everything at room temperature. Cream shortening, margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat after each egg.
    Add
    flour,
    spoonfuls
    at a time, with milk. Add
    vanilla. Fold
    in
    pineapple.
    Pour
    into
    greased
    and floured tube pan. Place in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Glaze with 1/2
    stick
    margarine, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1 cup pineapple, drained.
    Glaze cake while hot.
