Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. Owens hot pork sausage
1 lb. American cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Roll mixture into balls, 1-inch each in diameter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until slightly brown.
