Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 lb. meat (seasoned chicken, beef or sausage)
    8 to 10 large flour tortillas
    cheese, grated (Colby, Monterey Jack and mild Cheddar)
Preparation
    Cut onion and pepper into 1/2-inch squares.
    Cut chicken or beef into 1/2 to 1-inch strips or crumble sausage.
    Saute onion, pepper and meat.
    On 1/2 of a flour tortilla place a layer of cheese, a layer of onion, pepper, and meat and another layer of cheese.
    Fold the other half of the tortilla over to form a half moon shape.
    Cook in a lightly greased electric skillet at 300\u00b0 until tortilla begins to brown, then flip over and brown the other side.
    Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into wedges.
