New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 oz. pared, cubed potatoes (reserve liquid)
1/4 c. clam liquid
3/4 c. water
1 c. skim milk
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion in margarine.
Add the rest of the ingredients except milk and clams.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add clams and milk, then heat thoroughly.
Serve.
