Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 good size potatoes
    3 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 small can Pet milk
    your choice of flavoring
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel, cut up and cook potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes. Beat with mixer.
    Add butter and sugar.
    Beat well. Add the milk and eggs; continue to beat. Add salt and flavoring after beating well.
    Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
