Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli in salted water until tender. Drain.
Melt butter.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth.
Add milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
Add cheese.
Cover and let stand until cheese melts.
Stir to mix.
Place broccoli in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Pour cheese sauce over broccoli.
Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
