Cheesy Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes, baked and cut in half lengthwise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced chives
    1 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. Butter Buds
Preparation
    Scoop out centers of potatoes, leaving skins intact.
    In a bowl combine potato centers with remaining ingredients except cheese. Beat until fluffy.
    Stir in cheese.
    Mound mixture into skins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
