Zesty Steak Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. round Steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
    4 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
    3 c. chopped Onion
    2-3/4 c. Water, divided
    2 c. sliced Celery
    3 cans (14-1/2 oz. each)
    2 can (15 oz. each) no salt added Tomato Sauce
    1 jar (16 oz.) Salsa
    3 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    2 tsp. ground Cumin
    2 tsp. Oregano
    1 tsp. Pepper
    1/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
    1/4 c. Yellow Cornmeal
Preparation
    In dutch oven, over medium heat, cook Steak and Garlic in Oil until meat is browned.
    Add Onion; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Stir in 2 cups Water and the next 8 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours or until tender.
    Combine Flour, Cornmeal and remaining Water; stir until smooth.
    Bring Chili to boil; add flour mixture; cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.
    If desired, garnish with low-fat Cheese, light Sour Cream, Onions and Olives.
