Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Combine and beat the cream cheese, egg and sugar.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Set aside.
Combine the flour, sugar, soda, vinegar, vanilla, cocoa, salt, water and oil.
Beat well.
Fill lined cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate batter.
Top each with 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with sugar and nuts, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
