Easy Vegetable-Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for beef romanoff
    5 to 6 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 c. cooked vegetables
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in 4-quart Dutch oven, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
    Stir in sauce mix, water, salt, pepper, mustard and tomatoes; break up tomatoes.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in noodles and vegetables. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
