Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cold water
2 lemons
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the dry jello with the dry cake mix.
Add the eggs, oil and cold water and beat 4 minutes.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0 and cool.
Grate the rind and squeeze the lemons.
Combine this juice with the powdered sugar.
Poke holes in the cake and pour this mixture over the cake.
